Our Thursday evening meetings can be attended in person or online via Zoom. Since the Covid-19 lockdown we have adopted a hybrid format, making it easier for everyone to attend

You can also join by phone by dialling the number for your nearest city (see image below), then enter the following Zoom Meeting ID: 889 8175 3706.

Hello to Facebook Friends of BMHC. It’s that time again when we are raising funds to Promote Positive Mental Health, Destigmatise Mental Ill Health, and Raise Awareness in Ballarat and Beyond through our October Events. In the attached flyer is this link https://airauctioneer.com/ballarat-mental-health-collective-2025-online-auction and a QR code for the BMHC Online Auction. You can only browse the Auction now and until 03 August 2025 when the Auction goes live. It will then be open for bidding for only 8 days. More items may be added and listings may be changed as we go along toward that live date.

Look out for Flyers coming soon to advertise the Free Community Event at Lake Esmond on the 19th October with stalls, food and music. Also the 30th year of the BMHC Art Exhibition. And “ ” where we encourage small acts of kindness and to wear bright colours in Mental Health Month in support of Mental Health Awareness and positive mental health.

Just a reminder that Insights MH Group has their Thursday evening meeting tonight (June 5th) from 7pm - 9pm at the "Uniting Building" in Ballarat East. Cnr of Queen St and Dyte Parade. This meeting can be attended both online on Zoom and in person.

This evening, we have a guest speaker who will be discussing mental health and recovery on the app Zoom from 7:30pm-8:30pm.
