Just a friendly reminder that Insights will be holding our Thursday evening and Sunday afternoon meetings this week! See you there

Thursday 5th March
7:00pm – 9:00pm
Ballarat East Uniting Church building
42A Dyte Street, Ballarat East

We will also be having our Sunday walk at Pipers by the Lake, located at Lake Wendouree:

Sunday 8th March
12:30pm onwards
Out the front of Pipers by the Lake Wendouree.
Please note. This will not be held inside the building.

We’re heading into another year of connection and support at Insights Mental Health Support Group Ballarat.

We run peer-based meet-ups where people can come together in a casual and welcoming space.

Every 1st Thursday and 2nd Sunday of the month.
- Thursdays | 7pm - 9pm - Evening meetings (hybrid) - face-to-face (Ballarat East 'Uniting) and via the app Zoom.
- Sundays | 12:30pm onwards. Catch up and walk at 'Pipers by the Lake, Lake Wendouree'

With the participant’s permission, carers, family, and friends are welcome to come along for support.

All food will be provided by Insights!
Please let us know if you’re coming so we can make sure there’s plenty to go around!

There won’t be a Thursday meeting in December as we’ll be getting ready for the Christmas BBQ. This will be our last get-together for 2025.

Come to Lake Esmond this Sunday for the Mental Health Expo. Always a beautiful day with stalls, live music and a free sausage sizzle. Pets are welcome!

Just a friendly reminder that our afternoon walk at Lake Wendouree is on this weekend, 12th October from 12:30pm. Partners, friends, family and carers are welcome to attend with permission by the participant. Please RSVP prior to meeting, so we know you're coming! Also, it is likey that there will be dogs in attendance.
