I'm not sure about you, but sometimes things seem to just zip along. Life can be fast! Especially when we are in a 'just get it done' type of space. The kind of space where we don't feel like we can stop and smell the roses, or attend to our own physical, emotional, or psychological needs because those of others seem to be more pressing.
Thursday nights are an opportunity to slow things down and play a little catch-up on the 'me time'. Come and join us for a relaxation flow that will help you tune into to you:
*6.15pm - 7pm Reset & relax class ($15pp, limited availability)
*8.00pm - 8.45pm Virtual Chill Pill, Zoom class ($15 or what you can/want, places available).
Face to face classes at 21 Main Rd, Bakery Hill (in The Hub)
*Bring what you might need to feel comfortable - yoga mats, bolsters, cushions, blankets, tissues, drink bottles, and journals welcome.
Private breath, mindfulness, clinical relaxation, somatic awareness, and bodywork sessions by appointment at 833 Geelong Rd (enter via Milverton Lane and message on arrival).
