We’ve added a few new sessions to the timetable, giving you even more ways to move, reset and recover at re•nu.

If you’ve been wanting to try something new, this is the week to do it.

This week’s classes:

Monday
• Yoga FREE FLOW – 5:30–6:15 pm

Tuesday
• Signature DOWN – 6:30–7:30 pm

Wednesday
• ⭐ NEW Pilates Burn – 6:00–6:45 pm
• ⭐ NEW Guided Sauna & Plunge: Restore – 6:30–7:30 pm

Thursday
• Yoga Melt – 5:30–6:15 pm

Friday
• ⭐ NEW Pilates Burn – 6:30–7:15 am
• RE.WIRE Breath & Sound Immersion – 7:00–7:45 pm

Saturday
• Yoga Recovery Flow – 8:00–8:45 am

Sunday
• Yoga Melt – 5:00–6:00 pm

Labour Day Hours 🇦🇺

Just a quick update for the public holiday.

We’ll be open this Labour Day from 8am to 6pm.

Plenty of time to come in, slow down, warm up in the sauna, reset in the plunge, and take a moment for yourself.

Public holidays can be busy, so if you’re planning a visit we recommend booking your session in advance.

In Perimenopause most women feel this shift… but can’t quite explain it.

You feel off.
More reactive.
More tired.
But also unable to switch off.

What’s actually happening underneath:

• Cortisol (your body’s stress hormone) becomes more reactive
• Oestrogen fluctuates
• Your nervous system spends more time in “fight or flight”
• Energy systems become less efficient

So the natural response is to push harder.

More training. More effort.

But if your system is already overloaded…
that just adds more stress.

Sauna works differently.

It gives your body a controlled stress…
then teaches it how to recover from it.

Helping regulate:
• Cortisol (stress)
• Dopamine & serotonin (mood + energy)
• Insulin sensitivity (how your body uses energy)

And when those start to stabilise… everything feels easier.
