I know its been ages since I last posted. But I wanted to let everyone know, the move went really well.
My family and I are all settled in and absolutely loving our new life on the Sunshine Coast 🌞
I have started working at Sports & Spinal at their Baringa clinic. Its been a really positive experience for me, really enjoying it. If anyone comes to the sunshine coast and wants a treatment, I would love for you to come and see me !

Hey everyone 👋

I wanted to let everyone know that this is my last week that I will be living and working in Ballarat, Victoria. I just wanted to thank everyone that has followed me for the past 12 years, I will miss seeing you all. My family and I are moving to the Sunshine Coast, Queensland. once we are set up, I will be finding a place to keep working as a myotherapist. If you ever come up that way, look me up and come and say hi, or see me for another treatment 🙂

Movement is so important.
Using our muscles- mobility, strength & balance is the key to longevity.
It is so often people say they don't because it hurts, but it's figuring out what pain is okay to work through and what isn't.
I can definitely help with that.
We want to get you up and moving again, stop blaming the weather, your age, your weaknesses and start.

Often I have clients say, I thought I felt alright until you started poking around. 😄 often it means, if they had not of come in, it could have eventually turned into a problem, causing more pain/restriction and begin to affect other areas. Regular maintenance is always beneficial 👌
