Persona PSS We deliver support services to participants of the NDIS

We aim to bring a more PERSONAlised approach to support services, pairing participants with support workers who share the same interests. We hope to build strong professional relationships with our participants and their care team to promote growth, strengthen life skills and achieve goals. What we can do for you:
• Support in accessing the community for various activities (outings, cafe, markets, low impact sports, etc)
• Assisting with self-care activities (personal hygiene, attending appointments, mobility assistance, etc)
• Providing domestic assistance (gardening and cleaning services)
• Short term respite (rest and relax, build confidence and independence, learn life skills)
• Group programs and outings (arts & crafts, music, sports, camping and outdoor skills)
