This is the perfect place to start.
A slower-paced, supportive class where you’ll learn the basics of reformer Pilates in a calm, welcoming space.
Melissa will guide you through:
• how the reformer works
• key movements and set-ups
• options and modifications so you feel comfortable and confident.
No pressure. No rushing. No feeling lost. Just good movement, explained well.
It’s also a great option for our regular clients who want to slow things down while still getting all the Pilates benefits.

Need a little extra care or attention? This one’s for you.
Perfect for anyone:
• recovering from injury or surgery
• managing chronic conditions
• wanting more individual guidance
This is a small, capped class (max 8) with personalised support - think private-style care without the private price tag. 😉
You must be cleared for exercise by your health provider.
