On the left:
✅ High in protein & fibre
✅ More food for the same calories
✅ Keeps you fuller for longer

On the right:
✅ A delicious treat
✅ More calorie-dense, but won’t keep you as full

Snack smarter, not harder!

Need some easy, balanced snack ideas to keep you going between meals? I’ve got you covered! Whether you need a quick bite at work, a lunchbox filler, or a pre-workout boost, these snacks are:

✅ Quick & easy – because life is busy enough!
✅ Perfect for all ages – from kids to grown-ups!

What's in my lunchbox you ask? This week I had Sunbites crackers or Grainwaves, a 200ml flavoured milk (found at Woolies in the long life section), Yoplait yogurt, muesli bar and of course a little something sweet for that 3pm boost – like a snack-size chocolate bar or Tiny Teddys. If I'm feeling it, I'll also pack a fruit cup.
