A sweet Cheeseball for international Cheese Ball Day :D

Chocolate Cheeseball
125g spreadable cream cheese
125g mascarpone cheese
ยผ cup icing sugar
1-2 tablespoons Snowflake chocolate powder
Berry Dessert sauce
Fruit &/or sweet biscuits to serve

Keep cheeses out of the fridge for an hour before preparing

Mix cheeses, icing sugar & Snowflake Powder until well combined with a wooden spoon.

Line a small mug or bowl with cling wrap. Spread ยพ cheese mixture over the cling wrap

Pour in some Berry Dessert Sauce (about 1-2 tablespoons)

Carefully cover sauce in remaining cheese mixture, and then gather up glad wrap to shape the โ€˜ballโ€™.
Refrigerate for an hour to set the cheese.

Carefully unwrap the cheeseball and place on your serving plate

Drizzle with a little more Berry Sauce.
Serve with fruit or sweet biscuits.

Mum's Mocha Moment Dukkah is exclusive to the pack - made of toasted seeds and dreamy, dark, coffee flavoured chocolate, and can be used as a topping for iced cakes, baked into slices or sprinkled on fruit or ice-cream.
It's caffeine free too!

Ways to Use
โ€ข Sprinkle over cappuccino, hot chocolate or iced coffee for a cafรฉ-style treat at home
โ€ข Dip strawberries, banana or biscotti into melted chocolate, then coat in dukkah
โ€ข Sprinkle over vanilla ice cream or yoghurt for a coffee-chocolate crunch
โ€ข Add to pancakes, waffles or French toast for a sweet brunch twist.

Ingredients: Sunflower Seeds, Pumpkin Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Sugar, Icing Sugar, Cocoa Powder, Natural Flavour. Made in equipment where milk products are used.
