Anyone else with teens who are mourning the loss of TikTok and Snap?

The first few days of the ban in our household has been confusing, apps have been banned for some friends and not others, and suddenly they are not at school and have realised they don’t have everyone’s phone numbers…

It is going to take all our parental expertise to help right the ship.

I am up for the challenge but would have had more capacity as Captain at any other time…

…but Christmas time?

I have put together 100 practical ways they can still engage with friends and fill in time, mainly for our family but then I thought others might like it too?

Download it from our website. Link is in the bio.

Let’s keep the tips coming. Do you have any to add?

Women’s health has been overlooked, under-researched, and under-funded…

…ever since medical research began.

At Ballarat Women's Clinic, we want to help.

The Ballarat Women’s Cohort Study is a collaboration with La Trobe University’s Sport and Exercise Medicine Research Centre and is designed to fill the knowledge gaps that have held women back from receiving the care, answers, and support they deserve.

Your story matters.

Your health matters.

Your participation helps shape better care for generations of women to come.

We invite you to join hundreds of other women to help create the future that women deserve.

Help us get to 1000+ surveys finished 💪🏼

Join the study by clicking the link in our bio.

(Australian women aged 18+ only)

Thank you
