Our treatment menu is a little tongue in cheek, but we highly pride ourselves on the professionalism that is excelled with the years of experience but most of all passion that reinforces that we have the formula that works. Our trained therapists are always on hand to provide expert advice, whether for treatment combinations or product knowlege so our spaFRIENDS can take a little bit of urbanSpa away with them, anything from an eye cream or body moisturiser to a garden pot!

We all need moments to stop and realise this. Sometimes what we take on can be not possible for one person to do on there own so handing over the batten to others so you can have some moments to breathe is crucial. So why is it so hard to do that?

With my ART I never like to pick favourites but this piece is going to be a hard one to part with.

The whole time thinking of my beautiful children dancing and how free it can make you feel is how my Passion Series was created withthe first piece to the collection being 'Dream to Dance' $295 RRP

I'm donating this bright and beautiful piece to Indies Dance School
to be raffled at the winter show case tomorrow to raise money that goes towards having an incredible concert at the end of the year with all the lights, costumes and sparkle for the students to shine.

Can't wait to see where this magical piece will end up.
Until then it's on my wall for a few more hours 😍

Its been a while spa FRIEDS but I need your help.

We were blessed to wake up hearing noises on Christmas morning outside our bedroom behind our bedroom door which was our little girl and boy excited about Christmas and that Santa had been but instead our beautiful friends got woken up by noises not of excitement but of there house fallen down on top of its self. They opened up there door to be welcomed but huge amounts of smoke. Thinking it may have been one room on fire would have been scary enough but when they ran outside (all so blessed to be alive) they realised the seriousness of the situation when there entire house, there memories, treasures and dreams were gone within 5 minutes. A day that should have been filled with magic was filled with trauma, uncertainty and confusion. This is going to be a long journey and isnt something they will forget but I'm seeking out to anyone who can eigther donate to the go fund me, businesses to offer any support or please go enjoy a meal Freda’s Cafe Restaurant Bar to ensure they don't have to give up on this dream as there dream home has been taken from them please keep this one alive. 🙏💛

This family gives so much and would never ask so I'm asking as they are so Worthing.

This story below is what happened to my beautiful friends Christmas morning, while we woke up to a day of magic they watched everything disappear infont of them with in minutes.
