The more prepared you are for an adjustment, typically the better the result.

🥵 - Coming in stressed, angry, worried ect; can cause the body to be in a state of fight or flight. In this state the brain is on high alert and typically will have a decreased ability accept the adjustment. Taking time to relax, have a drink or even talk to the lovely reception is a great way to unwind pre adjustment.

It was a busy week for some of the IHC team with Joel and Bailey heading to Sydney for neuromodulation and emotional integration training (Kerry high spirited attended remotely due to being struck down with illness). While there also connecting with another local chiropractor Justin Brown. Dylan attended the western bulldogs quarters for a Athletic high performance summit in Melbourne. The team regularly do online or in person training to be able to provide our patients with the most relevant techniques, research and as always care.
