Stephen is a passionate and experienced Remedial Massage Therapist, offering a wide range of techniques including deep tissue, trigger point release, sports massage, cupping, dry needling, hot stones and more.

Re-Vitalise Physiotherapy & Pilates opened its doors in October 2017 and is proudly led by Maria Stephens (Physiotherapist).

With a vision to create a practice with a difference and to deliver the highest quality personalised service to assist a broad range of patients in the Ballarat region, Re-Vitalise provides the perfect charming, non-intimidating and empowering space where we can assist you in finding your optimum wellbeing.

We offer a range of services including Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates, Women’s Health, Pregnancy & Post Natal Pilates, Kids & Teens Pilates, Dry Needling, in addition to providing services for those under NDIS, Worksafe and TAC. We also offer Home Visits on request.
