Pilates BINGO is back! 💪🏼🤸🏼

If you’re up for a challenge and keen to win some prizes (including a free 10 class pass plus lots of EH merchandise) then get ready for Monday. We can’t wait to have some fun with this!

This competition is primarily designed for our Reformer clients but if you’re a competitive clinical client then please feel free to ask your clinician ways to challenge yourself in classes!

Term 1, 2026!⁠

Term 1 has begun! If you’re looking to start booking in your classes, passes are available via the link in our bio.

There a few changes this term with some new classes being added, so keep an eye out for these!

We are now offering three ‘Foundation Reformer’ classes a week for those new to reformer Pilates, returning from a break or even experienced clients in the mood to refine their technique.

Early mornings more your thing? An extra 7:15am Clinical Exercise class has been added on Wednesdays with Ella.

Prefer to move in the middle of the day? We’ve got you covered with midday classes on Tuesdays and Fridays, run by El R. Perfect for a lunch-break reset.

5 Week Beginners Course, Term 2!

Come along for 5 consecutive Tuesdays at 5:30pm in Buninyong to learn the ropes of reformer Pilates. Ash will guide you gradually through everything you need to know to be confident to attend our All Levels classes.

Starting on 13/05/25 at the Buninyong studio, please contact us now if you would like to be added to this course!
We are also taking expression of interest for our Ballarat studio as we endeavour to add a course later this term.

No experience necessary, although if you are injured, you might be better suited to our Clinical Exercise classes run by a health practitioner. Please give us a call if you are unsure.

While enjoying the QLD sunshine with her family, Jody competed in the Noosa Triathlon! You may recognise a familiar face - Pilates instructor Ash - who also competed in the triathlon with Jody. Ash is currently spending the year travelling around Australia. Two of our toughest instructors putting their own bodies to the test
