Unlike one-size-fits-all group sessions, every client at Newington follows a program tailored specifically to their goals, whether that’s rehab, strength, or performance.

Plus, sessions are claimable under Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology. Win–win! 💪

🎤 Our team recently attended the Primary Care Conference hosted by Western Victoria Primary Health Network, collaborating for a Healthier Tomorrow.

It was fantastic to connect with local GPs and allied health professionals, hear from inspiring speakers like Samuel Johnson and Paul Pritchard, and explore how we can all work together to meet today’s healthcare challenges.

We left feeling motivated and grateful to be part of such a dedicated network of professionals passionate about improving community health across Western Victoria.

🏉 Team Tip Trip!

We recently let our hair down to celebrate our amazing team and the end of the footy season with our very own footy tip trip!

Highlights included discovering Riley’s unexpected Pixar Cars obsession 🚗 and our own slightly awkward but very entertaining photo shoot at Learmonth’s The Stag Hotel.

Plenty of laughs, great company, and a reminder of what makes our team so special, both in and out of the clinic!

Welcome, Maria and Alonso!

We’re excited to have Maria and Alonso, 4th-year physiotherapy students from Chile, joining us for the next five weeks across both Newington Active and Newington Physiotherapy clinics.

They’ll be immersing themselves in Aussie culture while refining their physiotherapy skills under the guidance of our experienced team.

🎀 Breast Cancer Awareness Month

This month, the Newington team is stepping up to support an important cause, with our Move Active Pilates socks designed in support of breast cancer awareness 💗

You’ll spot our staff proudly wearing them, and you can join in too! Socks are available now at Newington Active (Skipton Street).

👣 For every pair sold until the end of October, $1 will be donated to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF), helping to fund life-saving research and support services.
