🧠 Concussion: More Than Just a Knock to the Head

A concussion is a mild traumatic brain injury, often caused by a direct blow to the head or a whiplash-type movement that shakes the brain inside the skull.

Symptoms can include:
• Headaches
• Dizziness
• Balance problems
• Difficulty concentrating

Most concussions improve within 1–2 weeks, but some people experience ongoing symptoms (Post-Concussion Syndrome).

The good news? Physiotherapy can help.

Our team can assess the drivers of your symptoms, including balance, vision, and neck involvement and guide you through a safe, tailored recovery plan.
