Muay Thai and massage have been a part of my life since I was young. Growing up in Thailand, after every Muay Thai training session, we would give each other massages—a tradition that deepened my appreciation for the connection between these two practices.

During my university years, my thesis focused on sports massage and Muay Thai, further solidifying my passion for this field. After graduating, I pursued formal training in Thai massage at the Thai Massage and Traditional Medicine Association in Thailand.

When I moved to Australia, I advanced my skills by earning a Diploma in Remedial Massage. With 15 years of experience in the industry, this journey has shaped who I am today.
