Our wonderful Bec ☕️🥧

Over the last few months, our wonderful Bec has been volunteering in the McCallum coffee van. Bec has learned meaningful skills, customer service, money managment and most importantly, how to make a delicious coffee!

Our staff and participants have loved calling past for a tasty treat and well made coffee.

Well done Bec, we are so proud of you!

Today we are proud to celebrate Brighid, Roxy, and Tash — our incredible Team Leaders and Key Supports — who completed their “Stepping into Leadership” certificate training.

This session focused on building meaningful leadership skills and understanding the impact strong, values-driven leadership has on teams, individuals, and the people we support.

We love seeing our team continuously upskilling, growing in confidence, and bringing these skills into both their professional and personal lives, while supporting and advancing their teams every day.
