Celebrating 10 Years!
Thank you to everyone that has supported me and allowed me to be part of their care. It has been a wonderful journey so far, both professionally and personally so enriching.

I truly love what I do, it really is a privilege to be able to provide care to others. It is an honour to be trusted and to get to know so many delightful patients. Often I see patients navigating the ups and downs of life. It is a joy to celebrate their highlight moments, I hear about weddings, births and the many happy milestones. It's just as significant to have the privilege to be a listening ear in difficult times too.

When I started out in business 10 years ago, I was very nervous that I might not succeed. I remember thinking "would anyone even come, would the phone ring?" Thanks to the amazing loyal support of the Ballarat community and beyond, I am proud and grateful to be celebrating 10 years now. So many of you spread the word and make recommendations of the care and service we provide and very often I get to see whole families and large friendship groups as a result.

I also have had outstanding staff to support me along the way. It is so important to me that the care we provide starts at the first phone call and welcoming smile. Chiara has been with me for 6 years, and is back full time again for the rest of the year before continuing her study again locally next year.

Of course I have had fabulous support from my friends and family. My brilliant husband has been a pillar of support and my biggest fan. We have raised our two children in Ballarat, and I'm so grateful for their patience and encouragement. Our son is about to complete his pilot training and pursue the next adventure, wherever his work takes him. Our daughter is completing year 12 and planning on going to Uni in Melbourne next year. We couldn't be more proud of them.

So it feels like an exciting new chapter is just around the corner. I look forward to the years ahead and thank you for your loyalty and continued trust in me to care for you and your family.

OPEN GARDEN 🌿
The lovely Marlie, whom provides all the beautiful floral arrangements at the clinic is having another few open days welcoming you to her garden with plants available for purchase. Dates are Oct 21st and 28th and Nov 11th & 25th from 10AM -1PM. Cash is preferred and all proceeds are for fundraising.

OPEN TODAY! Clinic hours are altered this week. We are open Wednesday 11 October, 9-2 and Thursday 12 October, 9-4.
Closed Friday 13 October and Saturday 14 October to spend time with visiting family.
Back to normal hours next week.

UPDATE : YEH! Power, lights, heaters and phones are all back on and working as normal.

Just letting you know that the power is out in our area this morning, Monday 29th August. This also means that our phones are out of action for now. The clinic is still open and function as best we can. Hopefully it will be all back to normal by lunchtime. Thanks, Jasmyn Steel
