I was watching an interesting interview recently where one of the topics mentioned was ‘Hiding in Plain Sight’, and it got me thinking, I wonder how many of us are actually doing that. Not fully living the truth of who we are. Choosing to hide parts of ourselves, playing small or not living out our full potential.

Today, being the 1st day of the year is a good time to reflect on how we would like to Be this year, and, if it feels right to you, to consider choosing a focus word as a theme for the year.

🔸 Taking a little quiet time to reflect and allowing the word to arise naturally from the deeper part of our knowing.

May the coming two weeks be ones of Be-ing - resetting, reframing, and reorienting to how we would like to BE this year.

Mercury goes into retrograde mid-week, making it a perfect time for introspection and review over the next 3 weeks.🌠

With spring just around the corner this gives us the opportunity to review and reflect on areas of our life and living environment. Appreciating the good things, and making plans to adjust and refresh where necessary.

Hence our theme for this week’s mantra - Review & Refresh.

Enjoy this chance to pause and reflect, along with our usual mindfulness of mercury retrograde’s call for crystal clear communication and technology back-ups.

Welcome to this week’s Monday Mantra.

As we approach the Solstice this week, the shortest day of the year in the southern hemisphere or longest day in the northern hemisphere, it is a time of turning, change and new direction.

A good time for us to focus on making conscious choices, no matter how small or large the choice (what music to listen to or future life direction).

🔸 Small choices made consciously, in alignment with our inner wisdom, can lead to more joy-filled moments, days, months and years.

Throughout this week, and hopefully beyond, we’re choosing to make conscious choices ~ ‘what feels right to me’, ‘what do I Want for dinner’. Practicing with the small choices, and the big choices become easier.

Daylight Saving end time is upon us here in Victoria! 🕰️ Giving us the opportunity for an extra hour of sleep, an early start for breakfast or some quiet reflection time this weekend.

What’s your plan for Sunday?

I’ll actually be working tomorrow (I generally do 1 weekend a month), so the chance for a bit of an extra sleep in and maybe something nice for breakfast before I start is sounding appealing at the moment 😊
