Matt has a particularly strong interest in the areas of dyslexia, Positive Behaviour
Support (PBS), wellbeing & mindfulness, anger management and autism. Matt is passionate about empowering people to improve their wellbeing and live a more productive, happier and healthier life. Matt aims to provide a calm, caring and supportive atmosphere to allow individuals to identify their goals and assist them to not only face challenges in their lives but also flourish using a strengths based positive psychology approach.

Matt’s key focus areas include building resilience, coping with stress, anger management, anxiety, depression, dyslexia, autism and behaviour change.
Matt is available for appointments on Thursdays & Fridays and services include counselling, cognitive & educational assessments and positive behaviour support. Matt is also registered as an NDIS service provider.
