Elemental Rhythm is a modern breathwork style grounded in ancient pranayama practices. The practice is often described as fun, dynamic and highly transformative.

Our signature session, Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience, is specifically tailored to facilitate breakthroughs of different kinds – physical, emotional, mental and spiritual.

Elemental Rhythm is a powerful yet accessible type of breathwork that can be tailored to each person’s needs.

You don’t need any previous breathwork experience and the practice is perfectly safe.

Thanks to the versatility and flexibility of the practice, breathwork can be adapted to suit anyone.

More intense styles of breathwork should be avoided – at least without consulting a medical professional – persons with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis, significant recent physical injuries or surgery.

Breathwork is not advised for severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using some types of medications. It is also not recommended for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms.

Pregnant women are advised against practicing breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care provider. Persons with asthma should have their inhaler present and consult with their primary health care physician.
