Feeling an ache across the front of your foot or noticing a bump forming near your big toe? That’s not something to brush off.

A bunion isn’t just swelling or extra skin. It’s a change in the position of the bone, which affects how your foot spreads load when you walk. When that pressure isn’t shared properly, it’s pushed into the front of the foot. That’s why walking, standing, or certain shoes start to hurt.

With an assessment from one of our qualified podiatrists, we can identify what’s happening, reduce pressure on the affected area, and support your foot more effectively so movement feels easier.

We’re currently offering $25 bunion and forefoot pain assessments.

Our myotherapist Arielle recommends this exercise to help open up tight shoulders, especially for those spending long hours at a desk or feeling restricted through the upper body.

If shoulder tension or stiffness has been an ongoing issue, this can be a helpful starting point.

And if you’re ready to reset and start the new year feeling better, this could be a great opportunity to book in with Ariel for a personalised assessment and treatment plan.

For ongoing or persistent symptoms, we recommend seeing a qualified healthcare practitioner for individualised advice.
