With over two decades of dedication, Julie has built OT Dynamics on a foundation of integrity, best practice, and client-centred care, now, with a strong focus on TAC services and meaningful outcomes.

Julie is a fantastic leader who cares for her team, always leading with support and vision. Her passion for helping clients navigate therapy is matched by the way she supports and values those around her. When she’s not busy leading and innovating, Julie enjoys spending time in the great outdoors!

Bri is celebrating an amazing 9 years with OT Dynamics! As an Occupational Therapist and our Business Operations Manager, we would be lost without her! Bri brings exceptional vision, strength, and heart to everything she does. Her leadership, clinical expertise, and unwavering commitment to both our team and the families we support have played a huge role in shaping OT Dynamics into what it is today.

Emma is celebrating 6 years with us! As an Occupational Therapist and valued member of our management team, Emma leads with thoughtfulness, integrity, and care. Her leadership style, deep knowledge, and dedication to best practice support and inspire those around her every day, making a lasting impact across our service.

In December, two of our Speechies Annabelle and Nicole were able to participate in a collaboration opportunity with the Speech Pathology department at Grampians Health.

Together, they shared valuable knowledge and insights into the world of Dysphagia, and even observed a videofluoroscopy swallowing assessment in action! 🗣️

The session wrapped up with thoughtful discussions on enhancing service delivery across hospital and community settings, ensuring better outcomes and experiences for clients and patients alike 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Annabelle, our Senior Speech Pathologist, brings a wealth of clinical knowledge, thoughtful leadership, and unwavering dedication to everything she does. Her expertise, mentorship, and commitment to best practice have shaped our team in so many ways, and her calm, supportive presence makes a huge difference for both colleagues and clients.

Janell, our wonderful Allied Health Assistant, is an absolute cornerstone of our team. She brings so much knowledge, reliability, and heart to her role, always going above and beyond to support our therapists, clients, and families. Her teamwork, initiative, and care do not go unnoticed, we truly couldn’t do what we do without her.
