At OT Dynamics, we’re proud to share that one of our speech pathologists is now a certified SPEAK OUT!® provider. This evidence-based program is designed specifically for people living with Parkinson’s disease, helping to improve speech, voice, swallowing, and overall communication confidence.

Professional learning that teachers can use in their classrooms immediately.

A huge thankyou to Kylie, Sarah and their fabulous staff at Miners Rest Primary School for welcoming our senior OT, Brianna and new graduate OT, Ella last Friday. They delivered a 2.5-hour professional learning session on Interoception, exploring how understanding body signals can support student regulation, behaviour, and learning in the classroom.

Teachers walked away with practical strategies they can use immediately to help students recognise and respond to what their bodies are telling them. Here is what a few of the staff told us they thought:

“Bree and Ella gave great insight into interoception, giving lots of practical tips on strategies in the classroom”.

“The presenters were authentic and engaging to listen to. They provided some fantastic strategies that I am keen to implement”.

“A very purposeful and engaging season. Relevant to every person”.

We love partnering with schools to support inclusive, and informed classrooms.
