We had the pleasure of welcoming our founder, Max King, to the Ballina Hub.
It was a great opportunity to spend time together, step out of the day to day, and focus on strategic planning for what comes next. These moments matter. They ground us, reconnect us, and keep us aligned as we continue to grow.
It was also the first time Max met our newly engaged CFO, Jason Bradley… and the question on everyone’s mind still stands… could the two of them be any taller?
Safe to say, they are a force in more ways than one.

Built on strong relationships, trust, and genuine care, Georgina's approach to support is something really special. We're so happy to welcome her to the team!
Georgina has been working as a Support Coordinator for over 5 years, supporting participants across the Riverina region NSW. She has always had an ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and ethnicities and will always find the best way to assist each participant and their families.
She takes a holistic approach to supporting people with disability, helping them connect with the right therapists, services, and community supports that truly fit their needs. She works alongside all stakeholders, attends appointments when needed, and guides families through understanding and navigating their NDIS plans with confidence.
April has arrived with that classic autumn style, crisp mornings, temperatures dipping below 10 degrees, and trees dramatically changing colours like they’re auditioning for an oscar.
The storm fronts have also been putting on a performance worthy of frontrow seats. If clouds could win awards for dramatic flair, these ones would be walking the red carpet. This rain has been a lifesaver for the pasture, finally some green that isn’t just weeds pretending to be grass.
Meanwhile, the geese have decided the fresh growth is their personal salad bar. They strut around outside the house yard like they own the place, honking their opinions about everything. If they ever form a union, we’re in trouble and we are getting closer to the time of watching your back with geese.
Autumn flowers are doing their thing too. The Asters or Easter daisies, are in full bloom, looking cheerful and innocent, completely unaware that the geese would absolutely eat them if given half a chance. They’re one of the highlights of the season, brightening up the garden.
Over in the veggie patch, the tomatoes are in their final days, clinging to the vines like they’re not ready to accept the end of summer. But the coolseason vegetables are marching in with enthusiasm, broccoli, leeks, cabbage, cauliflower, pak choy basically all the greens rolled into one season.
Everything’s growing, changing, and settling into that lovely autumn rhythm. It’s a beautiful time of year… even if the geese think they’re running the show.

Auscare Support and our partner Hireup are now excitedly starting to plan for Beyond Limits 2, a national online talent show for all abilities. As we gear up, we are proud once again to shine a light on one of the brilliant contestants from the first talent show who blew us away not just with her performance but also her incredible drive, passion and energy for life.
Meet Caoimhe McCooey. Busker, performer, writer, public speaker and someone who lights up every room she walks into. Caoimhe has spent years raising money for good causes through busking, and you can usually find her singing and dancing in sparkly attire. She's also an author with books on Amazon, a blogger, a poet, and has two albums out that you can listen to on Spotify and Apple Music.
If Beyond Limits showed us anything, it's that talent like Caoimhe's is everywhere. We can't wait to see all the new talent in Beyond Limits 2!
STRUT Ability is happening tomorrow and honestly we've been counting down. Auscare Support is incredibly proud to be a sponsor of this incredible event.
If you're free, come along. Bring anyone who wants to experience something really special and empowering. It's going to be one of those days you just feel good being part of. See you there! 💫

After years of coaching people through growth and change, Tiffani has found her way to the NDIS space, and we're so glad she did. Welcome to Auscare Support!
With over 16 years in management, Tiffani's career has been defined by a passion for coaching and guiding individual development and helping people. She discovered a deep love for the sector which drove her to complete her Diploma of Health and Wellbeing and transition into Support Coordination.
Her focus is on building participants' capacity to manage supports independently, rather than just doing it for them. Three years as a Mental Health First Aider, combined with extensive experience working in high-risk environments, have given her critical skills in navigating complex, difficult life situations with empathy and resilience.
Tiffani is supporting participants across South-East Melbourne VIC.

Today is a reminder that everyone deserves to feel safe being exactly who they are.
For many transgender people, that hasn’t always been the experience. There’s still too much judgement, misunderstanding, and pressure to explain or justify something that should simply be respected.
Your identity is valid. Your voice matters. And your life should be met with dignity, safety, and joy, not barriers.
