Pearl Home Care North Coast NSW is proud to recognise the wonderful care and support our staff continue to provide to our clients.
Yesterday was the National Aged Care Employee day and we took the opportunity to help celebrate with our staff the significant contribution they make in our communities each and every day. If you are in Ballina please walk by our office in Riverwalk Arcade where client comments regarding our staff interactions adorn our office window.
Congratulations to our Ballina care managers who came up with this initiative as it’s a great way to highlight to everyone how much our clients appreciate the work our staff do!!
Once again a huge thank you to all our staff and to all aged care workers everywhere !

Our monthly ‘picnic in the park’ was a great turnout today. It was a little chilly to sit by the river so we migrated to Green Coast Coffee Australia.
We thank the amazing staff for organising tables and chairs for us at the last minute, and of course their delicious coffee.

We have our casual catch ups on the FIRST Thursday of every month, this gives our wonderful clients, staff, and loved ones a chance to meet each other.
