🌻MEET MADZ🌻

Get to know one of our Finding Clarity Volunteers - Madz! 🔥

When I first met Madz she blew me away! She was fiery, fun, yet so gentle and kind. Madz has so much respect for the herd and provides such a safe supportive space for them during our group sessions 🤍

Here is a little bit about Madz ☀️

Occupation: Employment Coach
Favourite Colour: Lavender🪻
Favourite Food: Chocolate & coffee (the perfect pair) 😋 
Favourite Time of Day: Mid-morning, when my herd is snoozing in the sandpit 🌅
How do you ground: I join my horses when they’re resting. Sitting with them, feeling their warmth and hearing their breathing, grounds me deeply. 🐴
Which animal at FCC is most like you? Opal — she’s soft and mesmerising. I connect to her calm presence and the way she draws people in. ✨
Tell us something about you: Everything I’ve learned and become has been shaped by my horse, Boots. I’ve had him since he was a foal, and now at 16, he’s been my teacher, my safe place, and my constant companion. 💜
Why did you volunteer with FCC? When I saw the ad, I felt instantly drawn to it. I was excited to meet Brittany, knowing I could learn from her and see firsthand the incredible way horses can connect with people. 🍃
Favourite part about volunteering with FCC?
I feel truly honoured to be part of the Finding Clarity team. Meeting Brittany, the volunteers, and her incredible herd has been a privilege. Experiencing a women’s group session was unforgettable — I left feeling deeply fulfilled, grateful, and humbled to witness the magic of horses helping people heal and connect. 💞

Our little dude has joined the crew ✨
This playful, squirmy little purrer has joined the therapy team.
Onyx is a seal point ragdoll therapy kitten in training 🌻

He adores people, has severe FOMO and brings so much playfulness to the paddock. 🍃

ATL constantly supporting Animal Assisted Services and providing much needed funding to people in need.
So grateful for Wendy and the work she does for Animal assisted services ✨

Due to the generosity of our donors, we now have a new funding round for an additional 10 people in need of animal-assisted mental health support. We have also sent out links to those on the waiting list. This funding is only available for those who have no other financial means to get the help they need.
