Our first Spring Iyengar yoga workshop will take place on Sunday 14 September, from 8 to 10.30am - a perfect start to the season for renewal. Join Helen as we embark on another journey of discovery to enrich our knowledge of yoga through subjective learning of asanas and pranayama.

Sunday 14 September
8:00am - 10:30am
Price: $35

These workshops are a great way to focus on specific areas of yoga that assist us to develop and grow as student practitioners.

We’ve been delighted at the progress students are making in our remedial classes and so have decided to make them a permanent feature of the Ballina Yoga timetable. For the rest of this month, these classes will run on Tuesdays from 11.15am to 12.30pm. As Helen will be away, we’ll be breaking for two weeks and will return in mid-October

If you are not already attending these classes and would like to join, please email us at info@ballinayoga.com or contact Helen on 0439 023 389. We need to keep these sessions smaller so we can work at a more individual level with students so it is important to book in.

Reminder workshop this Sunday.

Held on 13 September, the 2.5 hour workshop is the perfect way to welcome Spring, longer days and (hopefully) warmer weather. These sessions are designed to explore specific areas of yoga that help us grow as student practitioners.
