The price for group classes at the Lennox Head Surf club is $17 per student/ $15 Concession. All students are welcome, including beginners.

🏄‍♀️ Surfed so much I couldn’t paddle anymore! Shoulders are so SORE. Swells pumping so need to be able to do it all over again tomorrow!!! This roll out of latissimus Dorsi, serratus anterior, teres minor and triceps is my go to mobility exercise when I feel like this. Makes a huge difference to shoulder mobility. Test before and after by taking straight arms out to the side and up above the head until they touch at the top and back down the same way. There is no time limit on this... roll your lil heart out ❤️👊. And yes it does hurt but way easier to handle when u have a 3 yr old showing off his 🧘‍♂️ yoga moves all around you 😍😍😍. If u do a lot of upper body/ shoulder work and do nothing else but this you will be so much better off.
