✨ Welcome Yuko Sakaguchi to Foundation Health! ✨

We are so excited to announce that Yuko Sakaguchi has joined our team as a Remedial Massage Therapist, working from our River Street clinic on Fridays and Saturdays. Her treatments draw on remedial massage and trigger point therapy, with a focus on relieving pain, restoring mobility, and helping clients feel more at ease in their bodies. Yuko believes massage is not only a way to address injuries and tension, but also an opportunity to improve balance and long-term function.

She tailors each session to the individual, combining attentiveness and skill to ensure the best possible care.

🌊 Outside the clinic, Yuko enjoys surfing, spending time with her partner, and going on adventures with their dog.
