eheadspace is now available from 3pm-10pm in your local time zone.
With almost 9 in 10 requests for eheadspace occurring during this time, this change means that headspace can support twice as many young people and families during peak hours – boosting access to support when headspace centres and other in-person services are closed.

Join us at headspace Ballina for our Hype Girls Group—a space to connect, create, and empower each other! 🌸

What’s in store?
✨ Yarning circles, craft, arts, & weaving
✨ Relax, recharge & discover your inner strengths
✨ Build support, sisterhood & new friendships
✨ Light refreshments provided

👯‍♀️ Two different groups are available:
📅 Ages 16-17 – Starting 1 May 2025 (Thursdays, fortnightly, 4pm-6pm)
📅 Ages 18-25 – Starting 8 May 2025 (Thursdays, fortnightly, 4pm-6pm)

Did you know? headspace Work & Study offers free tailored 1-on-1 support and advice on everything from further education options to job hunting for young people aged 15-25.

There are also dedicated mental health clinicians on the team that can help support young people in managing their mental health alongside their study or work.
headspace Work & Study is available online or in-person, and can offer guidance with:
· Managing study or exam stress
· Selecting a career and further education pathway
· Writing job applications, resumes or course entry forms
· Preparing for job interviews for casual or professional jobs
