What a night 🎬✨

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to our Youth Week Outdoor Movie Night last month and helped make it such a special evening. From crafts to popcorn, pizza, and a community favorite movie screening it was incredible seeing so many young people, families, and services come together in community.

We’re so grateful to all the local services and team members who supported the event and helped create such a safe, welcoming, and fun space for young people to connect and celebrate Youth Week

Parents and carers play such an important role in the wellbeing of young people 💚

Join the headspace Ballina team for a free information night exploring ways to strengthen connection and communication with your young person, including how to start conversations around mental health and wellbeing.

This session will include:
- An introduction to headspace services
- Practical guidance and supportive strategies
-Helpful resources for parents and carers
- Space to learn, reflect and ask questions
