Be kind to yourself. Stop looking for faults and give yourself a high 5!

Do less - find moments of mindfulness or nothingness.

Grounding first, then find space for inspiration and creativity.

We feel better when we are kind to ourselves and aware of ourselves. When we are in our body and mind.

How often do you stop to take a breath to see the nature that is always around us? The sky the tree the bird.

Try it! Slowly inhale..
Belly comes out, ribs open and then chest lifts.
Now… Slow down the out breath… Chest softens,
ribs draw in, belly relaxes. Can you make your exhale longer than your inhale?
When you breathe into the belly your diaphragm pushes down the internal organs you can take much bigger breaths. When you slow your exhale you are calming your nervous system.
