Two years ago today, the first week of lockdown my Pop passed away peacefully in his sleep. I’m glad he didn’t have to live through this global pandemic.

I’m also thrilled in 2013 I recorded his story and my beautiful Nannas when I was setting up Inspired Stories. Memories that are truely treasured forever.

Exiting news!!!! The Inspired Stories App is coming soon…capture your loved ones voice and save it with your fav digital memories!!! So easy and absolutely priceless.

Showing people how we store the emotions as energy in our bodies and how to release it is literally the greatest high for my soul

Working with Mamas inspires me to be a greater version of myself every day
Seeing how they navigate their worlds lights me up so much I feel as though I will explode with gratitude for getting to do what I do

Please don’t settle for mediocrity
Don’t listen to the people who mean well but encourage you to play it safe

You are made to shine epic human

I love practicing yoga and I love when my kids get involved as well.

It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a yoga mat – just take the time to ground yourself and connect to your breath.

Sometimes it’s nice to sit in child’s pose and just be in the moment.
