I've landed in SYDNEY after another Melbourne work trip.

More and more, the people I work with are bringing awareness, challenge, unfixated determination and reckoning to their relational fields (lives).

Seems I neglected to post this here a short whiles back. Better late than never.
Some commentary below on the state of the world (as self)

Happy new year... or breath, or cup of tea, or friends, or even an opportune rupture and repair with your neighbour, or maybe just a morning shower whilst hot water is giveth and taketh away by housemates, or it could be waking up rapturously to a rarely glimpsed cat bird, meowing loud love and lust through the land that animates us all.

Gifted, wounded, determined, cunning, adventurous peoples have started messaging me about my availability to work with them.

So I guess that is my cue, by the grace of tech bro algorithms, to announce my availability in the Northern Rivers practising 'BioEnergetically Tracked Psychotherapy', and of course my somewhat unique and eco - psycho - cultural - somatically versed 'BioEnergetic Dearmouring' in Mullumbimby (NSW Aust) from this week.

Big transitional times we are currently in.
Don't necessarily believe, and in turn feed everything you see or hear this year...

I'm personally spawned from a time when 'the virtual world' and 'the physical world' were separate entities.
Nowadays the virtual is woven intricately with the physical.
Especially if our subconscious is cognitively entrenched in a hyper-commodified feedback loop with news~social media corporations, such as this one... Things are only gonna get weirder, wilder, polarised (especially secular vs religious clashes), hero worshipping, nastier and disaster capitalist this year.

So I encourage gently dropping out of the polarising mind, into deeper vaster older centres churning in unison below our skulls, where practical and beneficial, for all our relations.

We are in what some history cycle theorists call "The 4th Turning", where every 80 years, like clockwork, s**t gets somewhat "real", somewhat intense.
Culture gets composted and renewed. It is usually 'not pretty'.
In this case it is said to (painfully and/or violently) 'turn' between 2023 and 2030 AD...

Cracks appear in all the interwoven systems that maintain the collective ideologies and mythologies of civilisation.
Our neuro-biologies are not separate from these systems. They are civically intrinsic.
Narcissistic, schizoidal traits fueling meta-paranoia (demonology) skyrockets as preludes and fuels for all kinds of subterfuge, various types of war and hysteria.

Maybe quietly checking what we are actually feeding within, through our indignance levels is helpful, before dismissively or conformatively presuming we 'know' what is going on...

For me, this is the moment in history where we leave our unhelpful ego constructs at the door, and get our own personal witchcraft on, to make the most of the increasingly widening cracks in this rapacious economic system.

In my opinion, sensuously fostering a capacity to reenchant this world where possible is now vital.
It can be helpful to have an internal non performative flowing~stillness practise, to not let other people, their projections, deflections etc knock us out of our own sensory centre (our anchoring) so instantly or easily too.

If we're defaulting to reactive, indignant, fight \ flight states, (in my experience from countless years of tracking this in thousands of body~minds), we are by definition, easy to manipulate.
It doesn't ultimately matter how 'awake' you are, if you're subtly retraumatising yourself, you are the system...
Easy to propagandise.
Easy to terrorise.
Easy to covertly militarise.
Easy to nudge in whatever direction powers (we dont really comprehend) want.

I assist and teach people with various kinds of trauma, wounding, victimhood, extractive / oppressive enculturation patterns... how to tangibly come back 'home', to their evolutionary ancestral intelligence, without falling into endless hypervigilance and maladaptive defense constrictions and illness.

This evolutionary intelligence (home) has been through far worse than our personal lives.
I nowadays have no doubt that personally and collectively embodying, taking response-ability for our reactions, and essentially getting out of our own way, tills the soils for an ecologically intact culture to self organise and emerge.

If we choose to check out from life, self entitle and leave everything up to 'technocracy', it veritably reaps and consumes what it sews.

I nowadays witness countless embodied human constellations weave themselves into healing and release states, both inside and outside of the techno-industrialist cultural norms that are choking this earth that animates us.

However, relative to what is collectively possible, we have barely begun...
Like empathic fire forging new cause-ways through sociopathic ice... We are all vital, affective, implicit and necessary.
The next 5 years (the 4th turning) is when our own embodied witchcraft MUST rise... So...

I'm just recovering in Sydney from a very intensive round of ancestral~cultural~personal 'trauma' release and dearmouring engagement in the Byron Shire.

What I call 'evolutionary traumata' (life) never ever fails to blow my mind, because that's what life is for me, 'the animystic mind blowing and ever recycling and emerging' !

I've never worked with so many younger people before either !!
From 9 yrs old to early 20's.
Sooo grateful to you (and your parents) trust for this deepening experience .

I honed in on many of their ancestrally and culturally entrenched patterns of addiction, desensitisation, anxiety and depression etc.

Unwaveringly supporting them into morphic pliable cerebro~spinal~deep time states, to repurpose and reframe their coping strategic survival genius, back into their own organismic presence, their sensorium, their circulatory life force, their field of relations, their literal lives! ..And in turn, this earth that animates us!
We are the weather...

Beyond all the maps and models, which are never really the territory.
I'm ever endeavouring to sew the sprouting seeds of a more naturalised and grounded energetic circulatory confidence, which I have no doubt will catalyse and constellate a regenerative and participatory culture for our youth.

I supportively honoured whatever their politics and beliefs were, then (if appropriate) proceeded to experientially demonstrate how disembodiment (economically hijacked nervous systems) unwittingly yet directly make us complicit with the sociopathic / oppressive systems we personally desire to resist, change or frankly completely check out from.

Primarily because I coaxed them to feel under their normative hypervigilance...
Muuuuuuch suppressed grief and rage moved from their (increasingly technocratic) socially policed security systems of their anxious rigidified musculature.

Every single young inquisitive wise mind was somehow motivated, impacted and inspired by this, whilst they reduced the charge (story) trapped in their systems. Phew... 🌊

It was an ecstatic honour to witness, and I'm meanigfully heartened that most of these young children / adults want to continue "working" (supportimg effortless contacting, reorienting and resensitising) with their actual (as opposed to virtual) worlds when I return.

I'm working in Mullumbimby (from 22ND JULY)
Then GOLD COAST - CARRARA (from 29TH JULY).

The last 7 years or so I've become increasingly (self~world) aware of how literally every person I have the ecstatic privilage of "working" with, is simply the primordial intelligence of this earth constellating, reckoning, renewing and reorganising itself... through us! 🌏

Dispelling, Dearmouring, Integrating, Releasing, metabolising, detoxing, alchemising and adapting itself... always has, always will.

Every single time someone dearmours themself whilst in relational contact with me, we open up an ancestral intelligence exchange with eachother.
I literally feel more open, (un)learned and more intelligent and alive every single time our collaborative organismic presence is given the space (time~energy~sensation) to literally update and upgrade itself.
What some call Evolution.
What a citizen might call liberating themself from the human control~security system.

I'm totally blown away by the so called demons my clients faced, transmuted and released today.
Viscerally gifting me an ever deepening revealing knowing~flowing access to my pre-industrial-empire self.
