Our Story

Located in Hampton, Katoomba & Balmain Heads & Tails is a fantastic program that offers a fun and exciting way for individuals to explore how they are in relationship with themselves and with others. Through play based activities the herd of miniature horses offers clients feedback about their thoughts, feelings and actions and ultimately helps them to develop more effective ways of relating and being in the world. Essentially our goal is to assist children to have flexible and healthy responses to everyday situations and life's bigger challenges. Our program offers a creative way to support and encourage learning in many areas including: ~ Self awareness and awareness of others ~ Confidence ~ Getting along with others ~ Making friends ~ Mindfulness ~ Boundary setting ~ Problem solving ~ Managing strong feelings ~ Being respectful ~ Listening ~ Being assertive ~ Empathy ~ Bully Management ~ Leadership Skills ~ Team Building ~ Change Management
