What is the best defense against COVID 19 ?

All people who mouth breathe, have any asthma or hayfever, snore loudly and often, have sleep apnoea, have anxiety & panic episodes or have nasal problems are particularly at risk of COVID-19 infection because -

1. They all breathe approx 3 times the normal volume of air. (elevated minute volume)

2. Mouth breathing means no filtering of what is in the air.

Hi, i got diagnosed with sleep apnea. I found you through comments on US doctors' comments. I cant use nor want to use a cpap machine but sleep apnea is ruining my life- giving me anxiety & so exhausted. I was just wanting more info on your course and prices etc. thank you!

The only thing you do while sleeping is breathe - so if you don't sleep as well as you did 10 yrs ago its because your breathing has changed - Breathing Retraining will correct this then better quality sleep - not how long you sleep will be transforming.

Anxiety, stress ... we all experience this - taking deep breaths to "calm down" wont help - I use these magic words " Try and close you mouth and breathe slowly through your nose - it will help you deal with it better"

Breathing Retraining will "reset" your breathing that has altered from years of stress and anxiety.
