A rose planted for a fallen sister, gifted to me by the sweetest of us, a wise and holy woman who spoke of your stories, our stories—buried, burned, and distorted. Hidden away in the cave of our hearts, she waits for an opening to let her in 🌹

Supporting Te Ara Hononga whānau

24-Hour Fastathon Fundraiser

The past few years have been a beautiful journey of reconnecting with my Māoritanga — my Māori heritage, culture, and ancestry. This path of reclamation has been supported and uplifted by Te Ara Hononga, and now I’m joining them for a 24-hour Fastathon to help raise funds in preparation for grading.

Each number represents a dollar value and one hour of no food, no snacks, no cheating!

The goal is to fill our sponsor cards and take on the 24-hour fasting challenge!

For almoat a decade, I've had the privilege of practicing Arvigo Abdominal Therapy - rooted in the centuries-old healing arts passed down from Don Elijio Panti, Traditional Yucatec healer of Belize.

Last month fires destroyed 4000 acres of virgin rainforest in Elijio Panti National Park, 25% of the parks entirely! This forest is part of the heritage of Don Elijio's people. Renowned for it's rich biodiversity the park is home to a plethora of bird species including hummingbird, toucan and birds of pray as well as diverse fungi and important medicinal plants.

have started a fundraiser to support the reforestation and ongoing protection of .n.p.official National Park.

Mānawatia a Matariki! Happy Māori new year!

Blessed to be on the waka of remembrance, navigating the seas of māoritanga (Māori culture, beliefs and way of life) guided by our whetū, the luminous stars who show us the way.

Privileged and humbled to connect with my ancestral traditions through the school of Māori weaponry , Kapa Haka .honey08 and the practice of Romiromi (Māori healing) on this beautiful whenua that holds my heart.

May we move forward with care, lean in, and listen deeply to our tuākana, our elders, the traditional custodians of this land.
