Not taking this limited D**K time for granted.

Last night we were asleep by 7:50pm. This morning I asked Guy if we were boring and he said no we’re a couple of D**KS on holiday doing whatever TF we want🏝️

In Feb 2025 after our second miscarriage, the doctors realised that the surgical procedure hadn’t worked and 5 weeks post miscarriage, I was still pregnant.

This meant going back in for a second procedure and the shattering of my elusive mental timeline.

The journey of trying to conceive is one filled with many highs and lows. It taught me lessons of surrender like nothing else could.

If you’re in the throes of recurrent miscarriage or fertility issues my heart goes out to you.

You can listen to this full podcast episode on where my husband Guy and I sit down to vulnerably share our story.

Women running Melb Mara in tiny little Crop Shop Boutique bralettes gave me proper anxiety 😅

Your breasts and still breasts even if they’re small. Please, strap them in!

In school they teach you that if you don’t wear a condom, you will get pregnant.

Turns out that in this day and age, it’s rarely the case. Since sharing our story I have been inundated with kind messages (both in DMs and IRL).

Like many women, I was hesitant to share our story because of its vulnerable nature, and not wanting to “jinx it” or something totally irrational.

But what I’ve learnt is that sharing our story is what connects us to one another.

So if you had a listen, thank you. Whether you reached out or not, I’m so grateful to connect with you even if it’s from afar 🤍

You can listen to the episode with myself and Guy wherever you get your podcasts 🎧

My first time in 5 years NOT running the Nike Melb Mara 😮

Running teaches us so much about ourselves. Sometimes not running delivers as good of a lesson as running does.

Life goes in seasons and cycles and learning how to adjust and adapt to the season we’re in is such a marker of resillience.

The energy in Melbourne at this time of year is always my absolute favourite. I’m on cheer squad duties on Sunday and am looking forward to soaking up the atmosphere from the footpath.

Always counting my blessings to be apart of these special events and it’s mornings like these where I’m reminded how important community is.

Will I see you out there Sunday??
