ON last weekend, I made this healthy and delicious smoothie recipe for weight loss:
Green Protein Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup spinach
1 banana
1/2 avocado
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup ice
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
If the smoothie is too thick, add more almond milk until desired consistency is reached.
Enjoy immediately.
