RIP distinguished nutritional biochemist, Henry Osiecki.
Such terribly sad news.
Henry was a pioneer and an inspiration to so many of us in Natural Medicine—a truly gracious and generous man. I still have the beautiful gift he sent me when my son was born. I deeply miss his presence at the forefront of nutritional biochemistry, and I miss the brilliance of his formulations.
I’ve kept all his old seminar notes and original technical formula booklets—even some of the personal PowerPoint notes he kindly shared with me many years ago, as we bonded over our shared background in biochemistry. He was truly ahead of his time: a holistic nutritional biochemist with a deeply spiritual dimension. Perhaps that’s why his early formulations were so profoundly effective.
To this day, I have clinical success with insights and tips he generously offered me in my early years of practice. Thank you, Henry.
I remember presenting at his Biococepts Mental Health Summit Congress in 2009! These were the great days of Natural Medicine. So many inspirational, thought-leaders sharing together. I also remember Henry and Reza sharing knowledge on the science of sleep- just amazing stuff. I still use so much of this knowledge to this very day. My love of CoQ10 in my early fertility work 25 yrs ago was due to Henry and his passion for mitochondrial support. He was truly ahead of his time.
Henry was never interested in flashy marketing or trends. Influencers didn’t impress him. His passion was in the synergy of formulations and the connectivity of biochemical pathways. That’s where his genius lay.
I remember him saying at one of his lectures—something to the effect of:
"Natural medicine is the doctor of the future."
It stayed with me.

ANOTHER of our beautiful natural fertility babies. His name is Luca and has been growing fast and is full of health. Everyone noticed how healrhy he was from birth. His mum and dad are amazing parents. I'm so happy for them. They trusted our Holistic jouney and never gave up. I've been meaning to post these beautiful pics for a few months.

A beautiful patient in her mid 40s happy to be 33 weeks pregnant naturally with us after unsuccessful IVF and lots of past medical interventions. ❤️ Then she started work with me concentrating on a truly Holistic approach. And her we are now ...looking the healthiest I've seen her. We are all so impressed. Her journey has been inspiring and a very big one. She and her husband never gave up over our 10 month journey. Apologies for not posting many patient stories. I just don't like social media as a means of communicating people's lives. I have so many stories i could share. Will try to post more.

Such an honour to speak briefly to Secretary Vaidya Rajesg Kotecga, Ministry of Ayush, Government of India.I was introduced and enquired how we can grow Ayurveda in Australia. He has provided me his contact which I will reconnect this back to Ayurveda association and Ayush Information Cell in Australia. I also meet Minister for Uttarahand, hosting city for the big event. 14,000 Delegates and invitee across 50 countries are in India at the World Ayurveda Congress 12th to 15thDecember. The Expo holds overv400 stalks from all over the world. Myself and 2 other esteemed Australian panelists represented today at the International Delegates Panal. We discussed education, product, research, medical, etc and how India and global can benefit, and how AYUSH can help. DAY 1 AND already I have met the most amazing Holistic Medicine clinicians, medical doctors, medical specialists, physiotherapists, researchers, politicians, NGOs, WHO representation etc. The overall message is a love for Holistic Medicine and people wanting to see it grow World wide.I am posting pics of invitees from all over the world who hold very important roles in their country. Notice the positive vibes. Holistic Medicine is growing. This is good news for us.I must sleep now. It's very late in India.
