Your feet carry you through life, but when was the last time you gave them the attention they deserve?

Podiatrists play a vital role in identifying and treating issues before they turn into serious complications, especially for those with diabetes, arthritis, or circulation problems.

According to Diabetes Australia, “Foot complications are one of the most common reasons for diabetes-related hospital admissions, with up to 85% of amputations preventable with early care.”

𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐭 𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞:

▪️Ingrown toenails & fungal infections

▪️Heel pain & plantar fasciitis

▪️Diabetic foot care & ulcer prevention

▪️Gait & biomechanical issues

▪️Circulation & nerve function checks

At ICO Health Group, our podiatry services help patients stay mobile, pain-free, and one step ahead of preventable complications.

At ICO Health Group, our GPs can assess your baby’s oral anatomy, discuss whether a release (frenotomy) is appropriate, and guide you through the next steps, always in collaboration with your lactation consultant or child health team.

Menopause brings many changes, and one of the most important (but often overlooked) is bone health. As estrogen levels drop, the risk of osteoporosis and bone fractures increases significantly.

Why? Estrogen plays a vital role in maintaining bone density. Without it, bones become more fragile, often without symptoms until a fracture occurs.

At ICO Health Group, we help women stay ahead of these changes with:

✔ Risk assessments

✔ Bone density scans (DEXA)

✔ Nutrition & lifestyle guidance

✔ Personalised care plans

Let’s protect your future mobility and independence, starting now.
