International women’s day 2024 , the theme this year inspire inclusion , “invest in women, accelerate progress. In my work I meet so many amazing women working hard to invest in themselves , to be included , learning to push back on all the barriers to this process . All genders can be upstanding and call out barriers they see , hear, and experience to women being included and invested in . We can all find ways to accelerate progress .💜💚

As the 2023 working year comes to a close for me , I reflect on the clients I have had the privilege of working with , the first full year in my Bangalow office , and some fascinating and expansive professional development .
I have loved meeting and getting to know the other tenants at 20 Byron St , as well as the many hours spent alongside clients in vulnerable life stages, dealing with the challenges life presents. Hope , awe , respect and a little bit of hard work best describes the experience from my side of the room . Looking forward to more in 2024. Now time for a rest 😴
