Every eight years Venus creates a perfect five pointed star, or five petalled rose, as it orbits around the sun… Known as The Rose of Venus, or The Star of Venus, this perfect geometrical shape reminds us of the beauty and the order of the universe and the creation.
As Venus and the Sun come together, Venus transforms from a morning star to an evening star. Since the start of 2022 Venus has been a morning star; but on October 22 she merges with the Sun and begins her up-to-80 day journey as she merges her energy with the centre of our solar system to become an evening star.
Evening star Venus is said to help us nurture feelings of self love, self nourishment and to bring balance to our inner world. The first step in all evolution is always inner union.
We typically experience only one Venus star point every year, but this is the actually the second one this year; The first was on January 8th.
Making this even more notable is that this Venus star point takes place in its home sign of Libra… Venus has not created a star point in Libra since the 1770’s, making this the first time any of us have felt this energy.
To add to this energy, Venus is also conjunct the dwarf planet Haumea, named after the Hawai’ian Goddess of Birth. Plus, Saturn stations direct on this day and we are deep in eclipse season also. This creates a lot of intense, transformational energy, especially when it comes to relationships, matters of the heart, and expressions of the feminine.

This me all hot and sweaty after a Spin session this morning with the excellent and hilarious Shoni
But doing exercise in groups is always my preference and doing it with these guys is super fun… Particularly great is the fact that Shoni is also a DJ so the tune selection is👌with some very rude jokes thrown in every few minutes just to keep things fresh 😜
I’ve found that my body needs cardio and a good dose of Barre, Yin yoga or walking to be at its happiest… and exercise of course helps us to process accumulated spiritual energy. Healthy bodies just feel better too. Buying bike and doing this kind of thing just seemed excessive and crazy at the beginning of 2020 but I am a a convert. Thanks for keeping my secrets Shoni 😉😘
