I hold a Diploma of Remedial Massage, certificate IV in Massage Therapy, Module 1 & 2 Training in Oncology Massage, Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation Hons plus First Aid and CPR qualifications. I am a member of

I have been so blessed to be able to get away for the past week and a half to for a professional development retreat. It has been is so good to invest time in my health & well-being as well as complete professional development for my Massage qualifications in an amazing & beautiful location. Ive learnt so much & shared this experience with an amazing group of talented & caring clinicians who all have beautiful souls. The Soulshine Team completely looked after us & the spa team pampered us as well! Invest in your health and well-being… It is totally worth it!

JUST IN: The latest from my profession body Exercise & Sports Scientists Australia(ESSA). Checkout the report regarding GPL1’s! It’s do great to see it in the media! Education is essential - please share with others! I’ve already been working with patients in clinic - doing resistance/strength training: x3 per training sessions per week on non consecutive days with enough protein & nutrients being consumed consistently!
