Life has settled into a new phase and I do apologize for being silent for so long!
I have discovered that losing weight is not a focus for itself, it is a by-product of other good decisions. Soon I will read the book, Atomic Habits which reveals the power of the small things done constantly, daily that have the biggest impact over time. For instance, finding alternatives to sugar and learning to like things less sweet...or introducing more greens in a daily smoothie...or making starches a side dish and above ground vegetables your main meal. All these are atomic habits.
Getting up earlier for meditation and exercise, and then going to bed earlier. Boom...a new atomic habit!
Do those things that make you feel good in your mind and body and slowly you get smaller. If you are onto this priority, then using TruHealth will give you the advantage, but be sure to make the changes that can become permanent.
