Sometimes knowing who to see when you're injured can be confusing. Also, when we think of exercise we don't always think of using it to treat injuries and chronic illnesses.
But that's what an Exercise Physiologist does. EP's have extensive training in exercise physiology, psychology, epidemiology, biochemistry, and pathology. They undertake degree qualifications so that they can help you manage acute and chronic illnesses such as arthritis, diabetes, depression, MS, Parkinson's disease, and cardiovascular and pulmonary disease.
