We provide physiotherapy, exercise physiology, Pilates, remedial massage and many other related services. UniquePhysio is a leading and trusted provider of Physiotherapy, Clinical Exercise, Massage and Clinical Pilates services in Bankstown and surrounding suburbs. Unique Physio was created in response to the common ‘one size fits all’ rigid approaches increasingly found in Australian healthcare.

What works for someone else might not work for you, even people of identical age and fitness. We’ll listen, we’ll learn about you and apply our decades of experience to your immediate needs and your future goals. You’ll find us conveniently situated on Kitchener Parade, which is a few minutes walk from Bankstown train station. Our practice features four consultation rooms and a well-equipped gym/studio. Our talented physiotherapists and exercise physiologist have a diverse range of special interests, including gym/sporting injuries, aged care rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and spinal physiotherapy. We want to partner with you as a health mentor to help you overcome, manage and prevent any pain and injuries, with the ultimate goal of maximising your long-term health, physical function and quality of life. We also run group sessions (Clinical Exercise, Muscles In Motion). All of our services are delivered by fully qualified physiotherapists. You can claim private health insurance benefits on the spot. “I am held back by asthma! How can I start exercising?” 🏃‍♂️

It is recommended for people with asthma to engage in exercise to help with improving their health and fitness. There are even some famous athletes who are able to excel in their sport while managing the health condition of asthma.

It is suggested that exercise should start off at a low intensity and then gradually increase to moderate -high as fitness levels improve over time. 😀
