Mia is a physiotherapist with a strong passion for paediatric care and patient-centred, evidence-based practice, and we’re so excited to officially welcome her to the ChiroKinetix family.

She brings experience across paediatric and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, supporting both children and adults to move better, build strength, and feel confident in their bodies.

Mia has already settled into the clinic so beautifully, and it’s been amazing to see the connection she’s built with patients of all ages. Throwback to 5 weeks post–op with .

In this session, our Physio Wissam worked on gentle mobility and used shockwave to reduce stiffness and support the healing tissue. Ahmad was still finding his range tough (which is completely normal at 5 weeks), but what really made the difference was his mindset — showing up, staying patient, and trusting the process.

That’s the power of physio. It’s not just the exercises… it’s having structure, goals, and professional guidance so you don’t feel lost in your recovery. When you know exactly why you’re doing something and where you’re headed, everything becomes easier to stick to.

Since then, Ahmad has moved into controlled rotation and early active movement, slowly building toward strength and function. By the 12-week mark, the goal becomes hitting around 70–80% strength before pushing back to full power.

Recovery is never linear, but with the right mindset and the right team behind you — you keep moving forward. 💪🔥
