🌿 June & July 🌿

It’s been a beautifully busy few months filled with home visits, baby cuddles, and lots of preparation for birth and beyond. I’ve had the absolute privilege of supporting so many new parents as they welcome their little ones earthside, and even more so, guiding families as they prepare for birth and the postpartum journey.

Equipping families with knowledge and confidence is one of the most fulfilling parts of being a midwife. Helping people feel empowered, informed, and excited about their birth experience is truly my passion.

I can’t wait for next class to start! I’m so excited to meet all the families and share everything I know to help you feel confident and prepared for your birth journey. Let’s make this a wonderful experience together!

Thank you to the wonderful families who have trusted me to walk beside them on this journey.

Watch the Baby, Not the Clock”
Breastfeeding Tip: Forget the timer—follow your baby.
Feeding on demand helps establish your supply and meets your baby’s changing needs.

If you find yourself pregnant & afraid of labour, fear not. Just as your body is designed to hold that baby safely inside, so too is it fully capable of releasing him or her out into the world and into your arms.

Don't get caught up in the fear. Don't expose yourself to negative birth stories. Instead read a plethora of positive birth stories that are out there and immerse yourself in positive affirmations and visualisations. Because this is happening, and you were made for it!
