One of the greatest gifts you can have and experience as a human being is to learn what love is by walking this human experience with a compatible partner. To get to a level of doing the inner work within yourself so you know what you will or won't settle with and then to grow to a new level of love in partnership with another.

To walk together not from a place of blame, shame, guilt,or judgement but through love and understanding with boundaries and respecting each other's boundaries within the relationship. To see that as men and women we are both different, but to come from an open heart so we can each be in our divine masculine and feminine essence appreciating one another without trying go change each other.

Thetahealing has allowed me to grow and expand to a deeper level of love for myself and in my relationship. To let go, release and change the belief systems of my ancestors before me so I can experience love for myself without wounds or past pain carried down my DNA line.

Our heart is an energetic portal, and when the heart is open, we can freely receive in the day to day life. If we experience moments in our life that causes the heart to experience pain, sadness and grief it will cause the heart to close off. The key is to move through the emotional pain, release if and open back up the heart again.

What I have seen working in a spiritual led business supporting my clients to awaken their heart and live in the embodiment of it is that many people fear the joy within the heart and feeling it. Almost as if we have become accustom to becoming comfortable in separation from joy and being more excited in suffering.

That's why 2024 is the year of the HEART. Over the next years of soul evolution we will be asked to open up the magic back within the heart portal and create our reality and future from this place and space. You see my past was riddled with chaos, abuse, conflict, addiction, betrayal, misery, but the moment I began to look it as a success and see that every moment, every heartache, grief, loss, pain taught me to embody the values of resilience, of strength, of grace, of love and appreciation I began to see that my past truly was a success.
