Your ability to see beyond the constrains is what allows you to feel and be free. The more you can trust and believe in the possibilities, the more you will break free of the perceived constraints. Your dreams are calling you forward and the time is right to step into this new and exciting phase that is opening up for you. All the components required are assembling and opportunities are unfolding in unexpected ways. It is time to trust what you feel and what you know and take the necessary steps required for the continued expansion of your dreams.

You could find yourself caught up in the imaginary prison you have created in your own mind. If you really want things to change or improve you will need to shift your perspective. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟭– 𝗧𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁
This week will see a new cycle starting for you and the question is are you going to bring all the old thoughts and beliefs with you or are you going to trust that this cycle holds the promise of all that you desire and trust that The Universe has your back and that this time can be different. By all means learn from your past but be very selective with what you decide to move forward with. Breathe in the excitement of the new and let that energy inspire you to make some different choices.

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟮– 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀
In order to have healthy, strong relationships, we must first tend to our own needs. Become clear and strong in your boundaries and make sure you communicate them with clarity. Take some time for yourself and get a good dose of nature daily if possible as this will help you connect to what your needs really are. But mostly put some firm plans in place to nurture yourself in whatever way works for you and this needs to be far more regular that you have been doing. It will ensure that you have a solid, grounded energy when dealing with others.

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟯– 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲
When hearts break open, it is so that they can hold even more love. The more you share not only what you have but also who you really are, the more love you will become capable of giving and receiving. Remember that vulnerability is a strength not a weakness. Be strong this week and share the gift that is you and allow the giving and receiving of love to spread. There is no better gift that you can give or receive than love.

You may need to seek out someone with more knowledge regarding your situation this week. Sometimes we need that higher perspective and another person’s insights can be invaluable. If you are forging away in material/money matters this week, try to make sure you are organised and as prepared as you can be. Time to step up, take responsibility and get things moving.

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟮 – 𝗘𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝘂𝗽𝘀
Life is full of cycles and this week finds you getting ready to leave a situation that is no longer serving you. Take stock of ‘the good, the bad and the ugly”, acknowledge your role in this situation and then move on. You will find you have a bit of time to reflect on it all, but remember that things are constantly changing and change is good. The next cycle will benefit greatly if you take the time to do all the necessary healing that comes from endings.

Relationships will become more balanced, harmonious and easy. You will find yourself in sync with those around you. There could even be some celebrations around relationships. For those that are single, new relationships are the focus and for those already in relationships there will be a deepening or renewed connection happening. Also remember to make sure you are balancing your needs within any of your relationships.

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟭 – 𝗣𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴
It is time to re-evaluate your plans and goals. It is always an advantage to re-assess plans periodically as there are always new aspects that we were unaware of when we first put our plans into action. Our lives move and change so fast these days and sometimes we forget how much that can alter our circumstances. Change is actually our only constant, so making sure you are adaptable where possible will make the transitions much easier to navigate.

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟮 –𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲
If you have been feeling a little overwhelmed of late it could be time for you to start saying “yes” to the things you need to do for yourself and “no” to the demands of others. Inner peace comes from honouring all aspects of your nature and allowing them to co-exist equally. There are times that some things get a priority and that is fine so long as you make sure you take time to balance out the rest. Nothing feels better than a sense of peace.

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟯 – 𝗙𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗪𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘀
You will find evidence of things manifesting in a very positive way. Those things you have been wanting and working for will start unfolding for you. It is time to allow these things and experiences in and never doubt that you are worthy of all that you have been asking for. Exciting things and fun times await you.

Time to lighten up and start moving with the flow instead of against it. Life happens regardless of how much worrying you do and when you stop the holding on and begin to move with what feels better, you will find that everything begins to open up for you. Find things to do this week that are fun or make you laugh. Or better still, both. This will begin to shift your energy, your mood and your perspective.
Mantra: I love to be playful and let go of worry.

Whatever milestones or accomplishments happen this week, make sure celebrate them well. Do not under estimate your abilities, determination or perfect alignment (also referred to as good luck) as they are the ingredients that make things happen in this world. Be your own cheer squad and allow yourself to really be in the moment and make the most of the magical energy that comes with any good news.

What actually happens when you acknowledge something is that you break the illusion that surrounds it and in turn it will have less power over you. To my clients, friends and family, thank you for your ongoing support. It has certainly been an interesting year with lots of unexpected twists and turns. I suspect that 2023 will give us all a little more ease and stability as it unfolds.

I wish you a very merry Christmas filled with love, fun, joy, laughter, family and friends and may 2023 be full of hope, excitement, adventure and grace. May you be brave enough to live your life on purpose and to the absolute fullness. 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟭 – 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝘃𝗲
Friendships are key this week. Make time to build and develop both established and new friendships and if you are in need of support, reach out to those around you. Make sure that you have developed strong boundaries within these relationships and know that all relationships have ebb and flow. It may even be time to release some friendships that you have outgrown. Love really is made to go around and what you give out, you will get back. Be brave enough to allow new friendships to blossom and let your current friendships take you to new and exciting places.

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟮 – 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀
Timing is everything! Things may not be manifesting quite as quickly as you would like, but remember all things take time to fully blossom. Impatience almost always shuts you off from what you want. If you know that you have really done all the necessary groundwork then step back and enjoy that gestation period. Everything always unfolds in perfect time for us anyway and no amount of angst or impatience makes it happen any faster. Work on building that trust that it will happen!

𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝟯 – 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲𝘀
When we respond from a place of fear instead of love, we allow our need to be “right” to override what is actually right. If you are being drawn into conflict this week, give yourself some time and space to see what is really going on. This time of year can make people oversensitive and more vulnerable. So think before you act or speak and determine if what you are going to do makes your part of the problem or part of the solution.
