This is then worn around the neck or waist as a protection from negative influences, and as a sanitiser. You will need three king coal tablets
Frankincense resin chips
a fireproof plate or cup
A bowl of water to catch dirty energy in

Place your coal tablet on plate
Alight it with a match until it begins smouldering
Then place a teaspoon of franky on the top of the coal tablet
Carry that smoulder around your home and then place it in a central spot to finish its smoking ways
Place next to the smoking resin a jar of water to catch any negativity
Close all external doors and windows
Open all internal doors , including cupboards
Be mindful of smoke alarms
